We fully respect our customer's rights of privacy, confidentiality & intellectual property. We can sign NDA with you while we start any new watch projects. Meanwhile, our watch factory 24 hours with CCTV camera, also all workers & visitor can not take any photos while they enter into workshop.

We guarantee watch quality 24 months from the date we ship to you. If there is quality problems, we can either send spare parts for customer to repair, or you can send back defective ones for us to repair.

We always put the watch quality in the first place. Quality control & inspection during every stage of production. All watch parts will be 100% checked the appearance, and the function will be checked by AQL standard. And half-finished watch will be 100% checked the appearance & function two times. Then complete watch will 100% check the appearance & function again.

We have 2 fully accredited after-sales service departments we contract with, where repairs are normally turned around within 7-10 working days.

OEM Design Service is available from Gotop. Our in-house designer team is capable to be your inspirations of fashion trends.Starting from idea generating to prototype to actual production,we have our strong in-house design team ready to serve you in a full service basis.

Gotop Watches takes a very unique and customized approach in regards to Research and Development for all of it’s branded and private label projects. With specialized technical engineers,Gotop Watches is ensuring a smooth process of creating with perfect timepiece from start to finish.

It all starts with an idea. No idea is too big or small in the development of specialized branded and non-branded timepieces. From that Idea, we then the strategy and R & D around the model, by developing trend boards, color wheels with pantone separating, and creating 2-D and 3-D CADs which we can send to our factories for initial sampling. Once sample is ready, we then thoroughly inspect all aspects to ensure proper technical and fashion aspects, and make changes as needed. Only after finalized, tooled sample is accepted & approved by both our rigorous standards, as well as the ODM/OEM partner. Finally, we move into watch bulk production.
