At Gotop, quality management is an intrinsic attribute resonating within each level of the organization. Keeping in line with this identity, a Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology is implemented, which is the persistent process of identifying and diminishing or eliminating errors in manufacturing, streamlining supply chain management, refining the customer experience, and ensuring that employees are up to the mark with training. Total quality management aspires to hold everyone involved in the production process responsible for the overall quality of the final product. TQM provides a platform under which the efforts of everyone in an organization are geared toward a common goal to achieve customer satisfaction.

To ensure that total quality is maintained at all levels, samples of produced are selected randomly and tested extensively to detect any issues in terms of material, performance, design and durability. During the testing process, any defects or failures are identified and measures are taken to correct them. The result is a product that is inline with our 'zero defect' philosophy.
